How To Lose Weight Quickly

Three exercises that burn more calories in less time

A little over three quarters of the clientele that I consult are looking for some degree of weight loss. It’s a side effect of the fast-moving culture that we are a part of.

Many of us have very little time to think about making healthy choices, let alone preparing meals and getting exercise. These things have to be integrated within the complex lives that we live.

To do this, we must be efficient. Using resistance-training techniques and full-body movements are the absolute best way to do this.

When thinking of resistance training, you may be envisioning a body-building type workout consisting of bicep curls, leg extensions and cable chest flys. The typical isolation routines of chest/biceps, back/biceps and leg day may also pop in there somewhere. This is not the method you want to use if weight loss is the primary goal.

These types of routines are designed to increase weight, not reduce it. Although you can lose body fat while implementing an isolation routine, it is not the most efficient way to do it. More >>>
