Emma Lea transformed her life by losing four-and-a-half stone as a Slimming World member and now she's dedicated to helping other people change their lives for the better too, as LIBBY WILKINSON reports

MUM-of-two Emma Lea knew she had a problem with her weight when she couldn't carry her young son upstairs.
When Harry, now aged eight, was 20 months old, Emma discovered she was pregnant with daughter Holly, now aged six, and during both pregnancies she estimates she put on around four stone each time.
"You use pregnancy as an excuse to eat," said the 32-year-old of Bleakridge Avenue, Bradwell.
"You say you're eating for two, but you know you shouldn't be.
"It isn't until after you've had your baby that you realise you have all this extra weight to shift and that's when it gets tough."
While she was expecting Holly, Emma craved sweet treats and breastfeeding also left the mum with little time to eat proper meals.
